Every month, your box will ship to the address that is set as your "Default Shipping Address" when your subscription is renewed. Address changes must take place before the first of the month, 12 a.m. ET, to ensure your box is shipped to your preferred address.
To update your address, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Visit your Account Preferences page by clicking "My Account" from the top menu bar, then "Account Preferences".
Step 2: Under the "Shipping Address" section, click "Add An Address".
Step 3: Enter your new address information
Step 4: Before clicking "Save", you must check the box that says "Use as my default shipping address". Boxes will only ship to the Default Shipping Address that is on file at the time payment is made. If this is also your billing address, check the appropriate box.
Step 5: Click "Save".
Always confirm that the "Ships to" section of your subscription details has the correct address. If it's correct, you're all done and ready to be Charmed! 🖤
