The Add-Ons store is featured every month, except on months the PopUp store is featured (PopUp is featured in February, May, August, and November).
Event dates can be found on the calendar on your homepage (you must be logged in to see it). On the opening day of the Add-Ons store, you'll know the store has opened once a banner appears on your homepage indicating you may now shop.
Add-On orders ship through the following month from when the store was featured (for example, Add-Ons ordered from the June Add-Ons store ship through July). You will receive a tracking email when your order is ready to ship.
Add-On orders currently ship separately from the subscription box, and it may take multiple shipments to complete your order. If your order is split into multiple shipments, you will receive a tracking number for each shipment. Your tracking email(s) will list the items that were shipped within that package.
There is no shipping cost for Add-Ons shipping within the contiguous U.S. For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and Canada, there is a $5 shipping cost per order.
To place an order during the Add-Ons event:
- Log-in to your BoxyCharm account
- Click the banner on your homepage that indicates Add-Ons is open. Or, click "Shop" on the black menu bar, then click "Add-Ons".
- Browse the available Add-Ons for your faves. The Add-Ons store features the amazing products from that month's Choice and box so you can get more of what you love. ♡
- Finalize your cart by clicking the cart icon at the top of the page. Note that your items are not secured until you checkout. Once finalized, click "Go To Checkout".
- Enter any coupon codes you may have. Otherwise, select your shipping address and payment method. Note that Charms cannot be applied to Add-On orders.
- Confirm your purchase! After you checkout, you will receive a confirmation email outlining your purchase.
Please note that Add-Ons are available first-come, first-serve, and while supplies last. Items in your cart are not secured until checked out.
Note📝: You need to be an active Charmer to order Add-Ons. If you cancel your BoxyCharm subscription, you will still receive the Add-Ons you have ordered.
