Add-On orders ship through the following month from when the store was featured. For example, Add-Ons ordered from the June Add-Ons store ship through July.
Add-Ons currently ship separately from your subscription box, and you will receive a tracking email as soon as your order is ready to ship. It may take multiple shipments to complete your order. If your order is split into multiple shipments, you will receive a tracking number for each shipment. Your tracking email(s) will list the items that were shipped within that package.
At this time, Add-Ons do not ship with the subscription box. We're making changes to the way Add-Ons are shipped. Stay tuned for updates!
Note: If you cancel your BoxyCharm subscription, you will still receive the Add-Ons you have ordered.
