The Luxe upgrade is exclusive to the BoxyCharm subscription and is not yet available for Premium. If you only want to keep your Premium subscription but don't want to miss out on Luxe, there's a way to receive both in the meantime!
- On Luxe months (March, June, September, December), you must create a Base subscription and then immediately upgrade to Luxe. You must join the Luxe Waitlist within 48 hours of being billed for your Base box.
- We will attempt to bill you for Luxe the following day while supplies are available.
- Then, once you have been successfully billed for Luxe, be sure to cancel your Base AND Luxe subscriptions to prevent being billed again. Your paid box will ship even if you cancel.
- Repeat these steps each Luxe month. 💕
Since Luxe is an upgrade to the Base subscription, canceling your Base subscription will automatically cancel the Luxe upgrade. However, canceling the upgrade will not automatically cancel your Base subscription, so be sure to double-check both subscription statuses to confirm they are in "Canceled" status.
Please note: if you join outside of the 48-hour upgrade window on Luxe months, or if we are unable to bill you for Luxe, you will be shipped a Base box and may be eligible for a Luxe Starter box (if available - click here to learn more about Luxe Starter).
