To receive your Choice, please keep in mind that you must remain in Active status through the 1st of the new month. Canceling then resubscribing before the new month, or experiencing an unsuccessful payment when it's time to renew your subscription on the 1st of the month will forfeit your Choice.
If you remained in Active status through the 1st of the month and received a different Choice item in your box than what was reflected in your Choice confirmation, please reach out to our Support team and a team member will be there to assist you further!
