"I need to reset my password."
To request a Password Reset link, head to the login page and click "Forgot Your Password?". Then, enter your Boxy email address and submit by clicking "Reset My Password". You will receive an email containing a link to reset your password within a few minutes (please check your Spam/Junk folders). Keep in mind that the link in this email will expire after 2 hours. If needed, you can request another Password Reset email by following the same steps.
If you are not receiving password reset emails at all, please reach out to our Support team for further assistance.
"I'm having trouble creating a new password."
Please note that your password must be at least eight characters long AND contain at least 1 the following 4 character types: lower case, upper case, numeric, or special character. For example, an acceptable password combination would contain an uppercase A, a number 1 AND a special character @.
"I'm having trouble accessing my account and now my account is blocked."
For your own protection, password entry attempts are capped at 3 tries before the account is locked. If your account access is locked, please wait about 24 hours before trying again. You may be required to reset your password.
