Your order may be split into multiple shipments, and you will receive a tracking email for each shipment that will include a list of the items shipping within that order. To determine if your complete order has shipped, please refer to the item list in your tracking email(s). If only part of your order is listed in your tracking email, the remainder will ship separately.
PopUp orders start shipping within the same month the event opened and continue shipping through the following month. For example, August PopUp orders ship through September. You will receive tracking information via email as soon as your order is ready to Charm you.
