PopUp orders may be split into multiple shipments and you will receive a tracking email for each shipment that contains a list of the items within that shipment. To determine if your complete order has shipped, please refer to the item list in your tracking email(s) to verify which items have shipped.
♡If only part of your order shipped according to the list in your tracking email(s), rest assured that the remainder will ship separately and you will receive a separate tracking email.
♡If the missing item(s) are listed in your tracking email but were not included in your order, please contact our Support team and select "Missing Item" as the Reason for Contact.
