There are two ways to continue receiving boxes if your subscription is in "Failed" or "Cancelled" status.
If you are in Cancelled status and canceled this same month:
For Base subscriptions, please do the following:
- Log in to your account using your email address and password
- Click "My Account" on the menu bar to prompt the dropdown box, then click "Account Preferences"
- Locate your subscriptions on the "My Subscription(s)" section
- Click the "Reactivate" button next to the subscription
- Follow any needed steps to confirm payment information and submit!
If you are interested in reactivating your Luxe or Premium subscriptions, you will need to rejoin the corresponding Waitlist in order to continue your subscription, but rest assured that we are working hard to activate members from our Waitlists as quickly as possible. It's possible to be billed within less than 24 hours of joining the waitlist if spots are available. 🖤
If your subscription is in Failed status or was canceled during a previous month:
You will need to create a new subscription in order to continue receiving boxes. We recommend using the same account and email address for your new subscription. Follow these steps:
- Log into your account using your email address and password.
- On the homepage, select your preferred subscription plan.
- Confirm your address and payment information, and submit!
Upon resubscribing, you will be activated at that time for the featured box unless there is an active Waitlist. If there is an Active Waitlist, please note that you will not be billed upon reactivating. Instead, you will be added to our Waitlist until there is an opportunity to bill your account.
Once billed for your box, you will then be billed on the 1st of the month moving forward per your chosen subscription plan. Please note that each account may only have one Active BoxyCharm, Premium, and Luxe subscription at a time.
