There are two ways to continue receiving boxes if your subscription is in "Canceled" or "Failed" status.
If your subscription is in Cancelled status (not Failed status) and was canceled this month:
For Base and Premium subscriptions, you can reactivate by following these steps:
- Log in to your account at www.boxycharm.com
- Click "My Account" on the menu bar to prompt the dropdown box, then click "Account Overview"
- Locate your subscription and click the "Reactivate" button
- Follow the steps to confirm the reactivation and submit!
For Luxe, you will need to rejoin the Luxe waitlist in order to continue your subscription. To do so, click "The Box" on the top menu bar > click "Luxe" > click the "Subscribe" button on the page.
If your subscription is in Failed status or was canceled more than a month ago:
Using your same account email address and password, you will need to create a new subscription in order to continue receiving boxes. To do so, log in to your existing account at www.boxycharm.com, then click "The Box" on the top menu bar. On the dropdown menu that appears, click the subscription you would like to reactivate: select "Base", "Luxe", or "Premium", then click the Subscribe button on the page and follow the steps until your subscription is confirmed.
