There are two ways to continue receiving boxes if your subscription is in "Canceled" or "Failed" status.
If your subscription is in Cancelled status (not Failed status) and you canceled this same month:
For Base subscriptions, you can reactivate by following these steps:
- Log in to your account at www.boxycharm.com
- Click "My Account" on the menu bar to prompt the dropdown box, then click "Subscriptions"
- Locate your Base subscription and click the "Reactivate" button
- Follow the steps to confirm the reactivation and submit!
For Luxe and Premium subscriptions, you will need to rejoin the corresponding Waitlist in order to continue your subscription, but rest assured that we are working hard to activate members from our Waitlists as quickly as possible. It's possible to be billed within less than 24 hours of joining the waitlist if spots are available. 🖤
If your subscription is in Failed status or was canceled during a previous month:
Using your same account email address and password, you will need to create a new subscription in order to continue receiving boxes. To do so, log in to your existing account at www.boxycharm.com and click 'Join Now' on the homepage.
Note: Each account may only have one Active BoxyCharm, Premium, and Luxe subscription at a time.
