Your automatic subscription renewal payments are scheduled for the first of each month per your subscription term. If your payment is unsuccessful at that time, your account will be considered past-due. In this case, we recommend updating your payment details as soon as possible. Our system will automatically try to bill the account each day while supplies last until payment is made, unless your subscription is canceled before the attempt is successful or your subscription fails after too many unsuccessful attempts. Please note that Charmer Benefits will not be available while in past-due status.
