If your Luxe payment fails, be sure to update your payment information within 24 hours. We will continue the billing attempts each day while supplies last and if allowed by your bank. If we are unable to continue the billing attempts for the Luxe upgrade, your Luxe subscription will end and we will attempt to ship your Base box instead. You can check on your subscription status and update your payment method on your Account Preferences page.
If you are billed for your Base box and rejoin the Luxe Waitlist, you may still be billed for a Luxe Starter box while supplies are available. Visit our Luxe Starter FAQs to learn more.
