If you're on an Active Luxe subscription and your renewal payment failed, please update your payment information within 24 hours. We'll continue the billing attempts each day while supplies last and if allowed by your bank. If we're unable to collect payment for your Luxe box after that time, your Luxe subscription will end, and we'll attempt to ship your Base box instead.*
If your payment failed while you were on the Luxe Waitlist, please update your payment details and we'll do our best to bill you again as soon as possible. Billing from the Luxe Waitlist takes place on select days, starting on the 1st of every March, June, September, and December, and continuing while supplies last each month until the next seasonal box. You'll receive a billing confirmation email as soon as you're billed and placed on an active Luxe subscription, and your first Luxe box will ship within 15 days from the date you're billed.
You can check on your subscription status and update your payment method by logging in to your account at www.boxycharm.com and clicking My Account on the top menu bar.
