The Charm Room is a different membership benefit than the Drop Shop and Mega Drop Shop.
The Charm Room is where members are able to redeem full-price items using Charms. Charms are earned by referring friends and reviewing products, and can only be used in the Charm Room. The Charm Room temporarily closes to make way for our monthly shops.
The Drop Shop and Mega Drop Shop are shops that become available each month where members can shop a variety of products at member-exclusive deals. Charms cannot be applied to these purchases.
