Choice takes place directly on your account, and the ability to Choose is only available during the Choice Window dates for your subscription(s). Keep in mind that each subscription type (Base, Premium, & Luxe) has its own Choice Window. When your Choice Window is open, follow these steps to submit your Choice:
- Log in to your Active account.
- Click the Choice banner at the top of the front page that indicates you can now Choose.
- On the Choice page, click on the image of the item you wish to receive in your box or pick "Choose for Me!" to make it a surprise.
- Click "SUBMIT".
- Review and save the confirmation page for your records.
⭐️✨Within your Choice Window and having issues submitting your Choice? Try disabling ad blockers and refreshing the page. Otherwise, we recommend clearing your cache + cookies, and/or trying on a different browser.
Note📝: To receive your Choice, you must remain an Active Charmer through the 1st of the new month. This means you're not able to cancel your subscription and then re-subscribe before the new month, or experience an unsuccessful payment when it's time to renew your subscription. If this happens, we won't be able to secure your Choice, but rest assured that we'll still personalize your Boxy based on your Beauty Quiz preferences if this happens. We recommend double-checking that your payment information is up-to-date before the 1st of the month to prevent any hiccups. 🖤
