If you don't see the Choice banner on the opening day of your Choice Window, please note that the banner only becomes visible once the option to Choose opens. This means you won't see the banner if you're a bit early to the website on the opening day of your Choice Window. Opening times are posted to the calendar of Charmer events. If you're not sure if the option to Choose is open yet, look out for a Story on @boxycharm Instagram & Facebook Stories.
If you've confirmed that your Choice Window is open and/or cannot see the Choice items on the page, try disabling ad blockers and refreshing the page. Otherwise, we recommend clearing your cache + cookies, and/or trying on a different up-to-date browser/device.
Please note: The option to submit will only become available once you've selected all of the Choices available to you for each of your subscriptions. Base members must choose 1 item. Luxe and Premium members must Choose 2 items before being able to submit.
