As mail carriers continue practicing safe delivery protocols due to COVID-19, be sure to check your driveway/gate, doorstep, and other surrounding areas for your box. We also recommend checking with household members that may have collected your box for you.
Tracking information is updated in the system prior to the package being physically dropped off, and you may receive your box within 24 hours from the time it was reported as “delivered”. If you haven’t received your box after 24 hours, please contact us.
You are eligible for one replacement box per calendar year for a box that was reported as delivered but not received. To request your replacement, please contact us within 30 days from the time the box was reported as delivered.
