We've identified a temporary glitch that is showing "Inactive" subscription status for some Active subscribers. You may also see a banner at the top of your homepage indicating there is a payment issue.
If you were charged successfully, you'll see a payment deducted on your bank statement, and your upcoming box will be listed on your My Items page. Rest assured your box will continue to ship on schedule!
To access your My Items page, which is where you can see a list of your placed orders, follow these steps:
- Make sure you're logged in to your account at www.boxycharm.com
- Click "My Account" on the top menu bar of your account to toggle a dropdown menu of options
- On the dropdown menu, click "My Items"
- Your August box should be at the top of the list as your most recent order.
