Need a break? You can update your delivery schedule or cancel any time.
To cancel a Refreshments product:
- Visit the Refreshments page by clicking Refreshments on the top menu bar
- Scroll down to the items in your order
- Click "Edit"
- Select “I need a break from this item”
- Select the reason you’re no longer interested in the product
- Click “Stop future deliveries”
- Done! You'll get an email confirming your account changes.
To cancel your entire Refreshments membership:
- Click My Account on the top menu bar, then click Account Overview
- Scroll down to your Refreshments membership and click Manage
- Select "Stop my membership"
- A window will pop-up -- click “Continue cancellation”
- Done! You'll get an email confirming your account changes.
If you want to resubscribe, simply add the products you want back to your account, and you'll automatically resubscribe to Refreshments as long as you have an active Boxy membership!
